These terms govern your registration for, and use of, any course, certification program, digital product or service provided by TASK — For Training and Business Consultancy (“TASK”). By registering for a course or completing a purchase on www.task-tc.net, you accept these terms.
1. Registration
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces for participants at the special rate are limited. This limit excludes self-study courses.
2. Payment, price and currency
Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the course start date. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment. Self-study and digital products must be paid in full at the point of purchase.
Prices are displayed in the currency determined by your location. The total shown at checkout at the moment of payment is the binding amount. Where a certification body charges its own examination or membership fees, those fees are separate from the TASK course fee and are paid directly to that body unless the course description expressly states they are included.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the type of course purchased. In summary:
- Self-study and digital products are final and non-refundable, because access is delivered in full immediately upon payment.
- Live online and classroom courses may be refunded or transferred until you confirm your availability for the scheduled dates. Once you confirm, the registration is final and no refund will be issued.
- If TASK cancels a course, you may choose a transfer to an alternative course or a full refund.

4. Access to materials and recorded sessions
All students enrolled in TASK courses gain access to the TASK Learning Management System, which includes course materials and recorded sessions. Access is granted from the beginning of the course and continues until one week after the course concludes, unless the course description states otherwise. Recorded sessions of online courses remain accessible for the duration of the course and are not downloadable. Offline courses do not provide recordings.
5. Intellectual property and account use
All course materials, recordings, presentations, assessments and written content provided by TASK are the intellectual property of TASK or of the relevant certifying body, and are licensed to the enrolled participant for personal study only.
Your LMS account is personal to you. Sharing your login credentials, granting access to another person, or reproducing, distributing, reselling or publishing any course material is prohibited. TASK may suspend or terminate an account found in breach without refund, and may pursue any remedy available at law.
6. Certificate of completion
TASK provides a certificate of completion for each course a participant completes. Certificates issued by a certifying body are subject to that body’s own requirements, assessments and fees.
7. Privacy
TASK requires certain personal data in order to register you and deliver training. How we collect, use, share and retain that data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or with any course or product purchased from TASK, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
9. Changes to these terms
TASK may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The terms in force at the time of your purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.
