Space Is Limited: Register Early!

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Spaces for participants at the special rate are limited. This limit excludes self-study courses.

Payment

Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the start date of the course. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than ten calendar days before the start of a face to face and online event. Self-study online courses are nonrefundable.

No Show or Absence Policy

To ensure fairness for all customers and the viability of our courses, please be aware of the following:

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointments after the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
• A full charge of the service fee will still apply, along with any additional fees associated with canceling the course.
• This policy helps prevent cancellations that could affect the profitability and continuation of the course for other students.

We value your business and appreciate your understanding as we maintain our high standards of quality customer care.

Event Cancellation

TASK reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond TASK’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.

Professional Development Facilitator 

TASK reserves the right to substitute event facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.

Access to Recorded Sessions:

Recorded sessions of all online courses will be made available on the TASK Learning Management System (LMS).

These recordings will remain accessible for the entire duration of the course.

The recorded sessions are protected under copyright owned by TASK and are strictly not downloadable.

Offline courses do not provide any recordings of the sessions.

Access to Course Materials:

All students enrolled in TASK courses will gain access to the TASK LMS, which includes all course materials and recorded sessions.

This access will be granted from the beginning of the course and will continue until one week after the course concludes.

Certificate of Completion

TASK provides certificate of completion for each course participants complete.

Learner Records Privacy

In signing up for a TASK professional development event, TASK requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party.
