You get a one-year (12 months) subscription to access the platform, study, and practice for your exams.
2. What does the course subscription include?

3. How do I book the international exam and get the certificate?
It is very simple. On the platform, you will find a full tutorial video walking you through the steps from A to Z—starting with how to use the LMS, to logging into the CPSCP institute’s website, practicing the mock exam, and finally taking the real exam.
4. Can I access the platform from any device?
Yes, you can access the platform from any device (Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet). However, your account is restricted to one device only. We highly recommend using a Desktop/Laptop for the best and smoothest learning experience.
And,
if you wish to access your account from a second device, you can add it for an additional fee equal to 25% of the original course fees.
5. What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Payments are generally non-refundable, which is why we offer a Free Sample so you can try the platform before purchasing.
However, you are entitled to a 100% refund only if:
The course content or features do not match our advertised description.
You face an unresolvable technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course.

Activation is instant. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with your Username and Password. Upon logging in, you will find all videos and materials organized on your Dashboard, along with a tutorial video explaining how to easily navigate the platform.
8. Can I watch a demo lecture before subscribing?
Absolutely. You can access the Free Sample available on the platform to experience the teaching style and video quality before completing your payment.
9. Are the Videos and study materials downloadable?
